Shipping & Fulfillment
At NumberLife House, we treat every order as a sacred manifestation. Our fulfillment ritual ensures that your pieces are handled with the utmost reverence — from the moment your order is placed to the instant it arrives at your doorstep.
Shipping Details
- Processing Time: 24–48 hours from order initiation. Custom and bespoke items may require 5–7 business days.
- Domestic (India): 3–5 business days via trusted courier partners. Free shipping on orders above ₹5,000.
- International: 7–12 business days depending on destination. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout.
- Packaging: Each item is wrapped in acid-free tissue, sealed with our wax emblem, and placed in a rigid box.
- Tracking: A tracking link is emailed as soon as your order ships. You will also receive delivery confirmation.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality and intention of every item we sell. If something does not resonate, we are here to make it right.
Return Policy
- Return Window: 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Exclusions: Opened cleansing sets, bespoke assemblies, and personalized ritual objects are final sale.
- Process: Contact our concierge at concierge@NumberLife.house to initiate. A return label will be provided.
- Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Credited to the original payment method.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are processed as a return and new order. We waive shipping on the replacement item.
Privacy & Trust
Your privacy is a sacred trust. We collect only the data necessary to fulfill your orders, personalize your experience, and maintain the security of your account.
How We Handle Your Data
- Data Collection: We collect name, email, shipping address, and payment information solely for order processing and account management.

- Data Retention: Account data is retained until you request deletion. Transaction records are retained for 7 years per regulatory requirements.
